E911 Disclosure & Acknowledgement

Cloud Cubix LLC | Official Regulatory Notice

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. This disclosure applies to all VoIP and Unified Communication services. E911 service operates differently than traditional landline-based 911.

1. Differences from Traditional 911 Service

By using our services, you acknowledge that 911 emergency calls may be delayed, routed incorrectly, or entirely unavailable under these circumstances:

Power Outages: VoIP devices require electricity. No local power = No 911 routing capacity.
Internet Failures: Any local degradation, packet loss, or ISP disconnection prevents calls from reaching the PSAP.
Account Status: Suspended systems or platforms deactivated for outstanding invoices will have active E911 dial capabilities disabled.
Network Congestion: Excessive downstream data loads on your broadband pipe can cause emergency connection protocol drops.

2. Registered Service Address

Critical Requirement: Emergency operators route dispatch based entirely on the specific, verified physical location profile assigned to your individual VoIP endpoint sequence.

  • Updates Required: If you move a physical desktop phone, an ATA adaptor, or an office workspace terminal to a new address, you MUST instantly update the endpoint location within your Client Portal.
  • Routing Failures: Failure to provide real-time updates directly results in emergency services being dispatched to your older or primary corporate location profile.

3. Application & Softphone Environment Limitations

If utilizing Cloud Cubix Unified Communication software apps on laptop terminals, mobile smartphones, or tablet environments, 911 emergency calls will attempt to utilize your assigned office static physical profile if localized GPS triangulation parameters are blocked. For maximum physical safety, Cloud Cubix strongly advises placing emergency dials through native cellular voice carrier connections whenever possible, rather than digital app environments.

4. Technical Activation Provisioning Windows

E911 addressing updates are subject to manual database processing and upstream telecom network updates. Location registration revisions may take up to **forty-eight (48) hours** to fully propagate across emergency databases. Emergency dialing during this database update window may route to generic regional response consoles rather than localized dispatch offices.

5. Physical Warning Labels Placement Obligation

Cloud Cubix distributes physical warning labels outlining these specialized dialing restrictions to clients upon system deployment. The Customer assumes absolute responsibility for securely adhering these labels directly onto, or in immediate visible proximity to, all deployed physical IP desk phones, network terminal endpoints, and company hardware workstations. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that all personnel, staff members, visitors, and temporary guests are visually warned regarding these operational differences.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Cloud Cubix LLC, its corporate founding officers, system engineers, and underlying voice carrier providers are not liable for any legal claim, loss, physical injury, or operational damage arising from E911 platform failure, database delay, or routing inaccuracy. You explicitly agree to indemnify, protect, and hold harmless Cloud Cubix against any third-party lawsuits resulting from your failure to update endpoint location records, satisfaction of warning labels placement, or disclosure of limitations to employees.

7. Customer Affirmative Execution

By checking the acceptance box, executing active portal onboarding, or establishing active voice connections across the Cloud Cubix framework, you certify that you have read, understood, and accepted all constraints outlined herein. You acknowledge that this electronic acknowledgment serves as the complete legal equivalent of a physical wet-ink signature.
