This document explains how Cloud Cubix LLC collects, utilizes, manages, safeguards, and cryptographically protects your personal, transactional, telecommunications, and cloud infrastructure data across our platforms.
Privacy Commitment: Cloud Cubix LLC is firmly dedicated to defending the privacy and digital security of our enterprise clients, portal visitors, and end-users. We enforce strict administrative controls, encryption standards, and adherence to federal telecommunications privacy mandates.
To provision high-availability cloud hosting environments and interconnected VoIP services seamlessly, Cloud Cubix collects information across four primary categories:
Authorized administrative names, corporate email addresses, physical office addresses, primary telephone numbers, and secure cryptographic portal credentials.
Recurring invoice records, payment transaction identifiers, and masked payment gateway tokens managed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant customer billing hub.
Call Detail Records (CDRs) tracking call origination/destination numbers, timestamps, duration, and SMS/MMS routing strings, plus physical location records mapped to emergency E911 databases.
Originating IP scopes, browser user agents, operating system metadata, and strictly essential session cookies utilized solely for authenticating active administrative portal access.
Cloud Cubix processes gathered operational and user data strictly to maintain infrastructure stability and satisfy localized regulatory compliance under three specific operational mandates:
Provisioning cloud compute fabrics, routing voice frequencies across tier-1 wholesale carrier partners, deploying domain DNS zones, and updating real-time emergency responder dispatch databases.
Synchronizing account deployment pipelines, processing unified tier invoicing metrics, managing support ticket resolutions, and verifying administrative ownership credentials.
Monitoring system logs with automated network intrusion detection tools to isolate brute-force vectors, port scanning anomalies, web application malware, and unauthorized outbound VoIP toll fraud.
As a telecommunications and cloud provider, Cloud Cubix is governed by rigorous federal privacy laws and industry mandates:
Cloud Cubix does not sell, rent, lease, or monetize user personal information, Call Detail Records, or website databases to advertising networks or data brokers under any circumstances. Scoped operational parameters are shared solely with essential upstream infrastructure partners:
Transmitting specific subscriber identity profiles and structural physical address data to wholesale telecom partners for E911 dispatch databases and to ICANN-accredited registries for domain allocation.
Transmitting transactional variables securely to encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant credit card processors to settle monthly bundle invoices without storing raw card data on local servers.
Active account files, server configurations, Call Detail Records, and transactional history remain preserved throughout the active commercial relationship to ensure continuous service availability and accounting accuracy.
If an account is terminated due to verified material breaches of our Acceptable Use Policy (e.g. phishing, malware, fraud), Cloud Cubix is under no obligation to retain or export data. All files are permanently purged from hardware mirrors immediately.
Cloud Cubix employs industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest across computing fabrics. Internal access to databases is strictly restricted under the principle of *Least Privilege*, requiring multi-factor authentication for all engineering sessions. Clients remain responsible for securing local passwords.
Cloud Cubix reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy to comply with new regulatory mandates. Material modifications will be announced via email or Client Area notification thirty (30) calendar days prior to enforcement. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
This Privacy Policy forms an integral component of the Cloud Cubix unified legal compliance matrix. By utilizing our services, you confirm adherence to this policy and all interconnected master agreements:
