This agreement governs the purchase, renewal, redemption, transfer, and DNS management of domain names processed through Cloud Cubix LLC in accordance with ICANN accreditation guidelines and registry standards.
Upon initial registration or modifying registrant contact parameters, ICANN strictly mandates an email verification step. Failure to click the confirmation link within fifteen (15) days will result in immediate domain suspension by the registry. Cloud Cubix is not liable for website, email, or VoIP downtime caused by uncompleted verification.
Cloud Cubix LLC operates as an authorized domain reseller partnering with ICANN-accredited registries. Every domain registration, renewal, and inbound/outbound transfer is governed by the specific terms, conditions, and dispute frameworks established by ICANN and the corresponding Top-Level Domain (TLD) registry operators.
By purchasing or managing a domain with us, you explicitly accept the regulations outlined in the ICANN Registrant Benefits and Responsibilities Specification.
A domain search inquiry or checkout submission does not guarantee successful ownership. Cloud Cubix is not liable if a domain becomes unavailable or is registered by a third party prior to registry completion.
Under ICANN's Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA), domain owners must provide accurate and verifiable contact information at all times, including legal name, administrative address, valid phone number, and a functioning email address.
Domains must be renewed prior to their official expiration date. Expired domain recovery follows a strict registry sequence:
Following expiration, a 30-day grace period allows you to renew the domain at standard renewal pricing. Active DNS routing and connected website/email services are suspended by the registry during this window.
Domains unrenewed during the grace period enter registry Redemption. Restoring a domain from redemption requires manual registry petitioning and incurs a minimum $150.00 administrative fee in addition to the standard renewal rate.
If your domain name registration was issued as part of a promotional campaign or Founders Circle unified voice + web hosting package (such as The Professional or The Secure Suite), the following specific terms apply:
The "Free Domain for Web Hosting Customers" promotion covers standard TLD extensions (.com, .net, .org, .biz, .info) for the initial 1-year registration period when bundled with eligible annual web hosting. Premium domain tiers and non-standard ccTLDs are billed at standard registry card rates.
While Founders Circle recurring monthly hosting and VoIP subscriptions enjoy an irrevocable lifetime price lock, this lock strictly excludes future registry-wide wholesale fee hikes levied by central TLD registries (e.g. Verisign, PIR) or ICANN fee adjustments.
High-capacity, specialty, or premium ccTLD extensions (such as .med, .law, or tiered registry auction names) are completely excluded from bundle inclusions and are billed at full retail registry pricing.
To migrate a domain name safely to or from Cloud Cubix, registrants must satisfy mandatory ICANN transfer criteria:
Domains cannot be transferred to a new registrar within 60 days of initial registration or prior transfer per ICANN policy.
Outbound transfers require an Extensible Provisioning Protocol (EPP) authorization code generated from the Client Area.
Registrants must remove the Registrar Lock status and temporarily disable WHOIS ID Protection prior to transfer initiation.
