Your Right to be Forgotten: At Cloud Cubix, we prioritize the protection of your private information. This policy outlines how users can request the permanent removal of their data from our systems.
I. Facebook Login Data Deletion
If you use Facebook to access Cloud Cubix services, you may request the deletion of your data at any time. We utilize a data deletion callback to ensure requests are processed whenever a user removes our application from their account.
How to Request Deletion via Facebook:
- Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy page.
- Click on Settings and then navigate to Apps and Websites.
- Locate the Cloud Cubix application and click the Remove button.
- Click the Send Request button to trigger our automated data deletion callback.
II. General Account Deletion
For users not utilizing third-party logins, account data—including website files and personal identifiers—is handled according to our standard retention schedules:
- Post-Termination Purge: User website content and associated files are typically deleted 30 days after account termination.
- Immediate Requests: You may request an immediate purge of your data by submitting a formal cancellation through the Client Area.
- Dedicated Infrastructure: For VPS and Dedicated Server clients, data is purged immediately upon termination for AUP violations or 10 days after a payment is overdue.
⚖️ Legal and Compliance Note
Please note that Cloud Cubix may retain certain billing, tax, and legal records for a longer period to comply with local and federal laws. Once deleted, Cloud Cubix is under no obligation to provide backups or access to past data.
