Domain Registration Agreement

Effective Date: May 15, 2026

I. ICANN Compliance & Authority

By utilizing our domain services, you agree to the regulatory framework established by ICANN and the specific Registry of the TLD (Top-Level Domain) registered.

• Registrant Rights: You acknowledge the ICANN Registrant Rights and Responsibilities.
• Dispute Resolution: You agree to be bound by the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) regarding any trademark or ownership challenges.
• Right to Modify: Cloud Cubix reserves the right to modify this agreement and associated pricing at any time to comply with Registry or ICANN mandates.

II. Data Accuracy & The 15-Day Rule

ICANN mandates that the WHOIS contact information for every domain be accurate and verifiable.

• Verification Requirement: New registrations or changes to Registrant data require email verification. Failure to click the verification link within fifteen (15) days will result in the domain being placed on "ClientHold" status, deactivating all web and email services.
• Material Breach: Providing willfully false or inaccurate contact information constitutes a material breach of contract and is grounds for immediate domain cancellation without refund.

III. Expiration, Grace & Redemption

Domains follow a strict decommissioning lifecycle upon expiration:

• Grace Period (Day 1-30): Most domains allow for renewal at standard rates for 30 days post-expiration. During this period, the domain will be pointed to a parked page and all services will cease.
• Redemption Phase (Day 31-60): After the grace period, the domain enters a "Redemption" status. Reclaiming a domain at this stage requires a mandatory Administrative Recovery Fee of $150.00 USD plus the standard renewal cost.
• Final Deletion: Following the Redemption Phase, the domain is purged and released for public registration. Cloud Cubix cannot guarantee the recovery of any domain once purged by the Registry.

IV. Transfers & Privacy Locks

• 60-Day Transfer Lock: Domains cannot be transferred to a new registrar within 60 days of initial registration or within 60 days of a Registrant contact change.
• Transfer-In Requirements: To move a domain to Cloud Cubix, the domain must be Unlocked at the losing registrar and WHOIS Privacy/ID Protection must be disabled to allow for ownership verification.

V. Financial Provisions

Non-Refundable Nature: Due to the immediate costs incurred by the Registry upon submission, all domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
